Vegetarian Living

I’ve been a vegetarian since September 2011. Although I am not vegan, approximately 80% of my diet is plant-based. I am a vegetarian not only because I am against animal cruelty, but also because I truly believe it is the healthiest diet for me. Since adopting this lifestyle, my cholesterol has been drastically lowered, my skin looks better, and I don’t get sick as often as I used to.
If you eat meat, good for you. My husband eats it. I don’t care. I’m not here to judge the way you eat and you will never find me flour bombing some fur-wearing celebrity at a PETA protest. I truly believe that one of the best things about life is that we all have choices and I will always respect yours. Please respect mine.
